Design Intent
- A property operating system, not a cluttered file cabinet
- Calm and trustworthy, not marketplace-first
- Easy to browse by both place and system type
- Consistent with future Pro and Agent surfaces through a shared shell pattern
Domaptic docs
A static guide to the information architecture, app shell, screen structure, role behavior, and naming conventions for Domaptic, Domaptic Pro, and Domaptic Agent.
Homeowner
Domaptic Homeowner is the property operating system for everyday owners. It centralizes property data, maintenance, projects, documents, finances, and service connections around a single property profile that becomes more useful over time.
App Shell
Every primary frame shares a top app bar, bottom tab bar, full drawer, surface switcher, and safe-area-aware page body.
Primary
Property
Account
A bottom sheet, not a dropdown. It is a cross-product action, separate from the drawer and from in-surface navigation.
Home Architecture
The Home tab is the property record. A second-level tab bar lets the homeowner pivot between summary, type, location, utility, and history views.
Every item should be reachable by both location and type. The garage door appears under Areas > Garage and under Categories > Exterior & Site.
Screens
Screen definitions are written for implementation and review: purpose first, then the structural pieces expected on the page.
